Borders: Type Table, 1 ½ pts.
thick Alignment: justified (aligned to both sides)
Second paragraph:

Indent: on both sides, left and right 2 cm. First line of 1 cm.
Borders: Type Shadow ¼ pt.
thick Alignment: left aligned
Third paragraph:
Source: Courier, 12 pt., italics.
Indent: left and right of 1cm. and first line of 1 cm.
Borders and Shading: Type Table, ¼ pt. 12.5% \u200b\u200bgray shading
Alignment: centered text.
fourth and fifth paragraphs:

Ninth paragraph:
